These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Wisely Optimize, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, governing your use of our Service.

Contract Length: All subscriptions are offered as a one-year contract (12 months) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Installment Payments: Subscription fees are billed monthly as an installment payment toward the total annual contract amount.

Early Termination: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the one-year contract, you agree and acknowledge that you remain liable for payment of the remaining balance due for the entire contract term. We will charge your account or invoice you for the full amount remaining under the contract immediately upon cancellation.

By subscribing to and using the Service, you have the right to publicly announce and represent that you are a customer of Wisely Optimize. We grant you a limited license to use our name and logo for this purpose, subject to our reasonable brand guidelines.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
